These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Laced by Cora website or purchase products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Laced by Cora

Laced by Cora is an online hair and beauty brand based in Nottingham, United Kingdom, offering wigs, bundles, extensions, hair accessories and hair-care products.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your device display.

Product availability, lengths, variations and prices may change from time to time. An item being displayed on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

We may change product prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

4. Placing an order

Please check your products, selected options, delivery address and other order information carefully before completing checkout.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount already paid.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be fulfilled.

Payments are processed securely through our payment service provider, Stripe. The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout.

6. Order changes and cancellations

If you need to amend or stop an order before processing, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

This operational window does not affect cancellation or return rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

7. Processing and delivery

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

UK orders typically arrive within approximately 2-3 days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and delivery service.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate when ordering and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

8. International orders

We ship to selected international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

Certain sealed products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return after being unsealed where the legal health or hygiene exception applies.

This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the relevant offer.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers. We may refuse use of a promotional code where it has expired, does not meet its stated conditions or is being used fraudulently.

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login details secure.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or Laced by Cora from fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

13. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the branding, website content, photography, graphics, copy and other original materials belonging to Laced by Cora are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

14. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights or our responsibility for goods that do not meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
